**Please allow us to assist with the scheduling of these amazing retreats by calling 920-434-2204.  We ask that you provide a credit card to reserve these sessions, therefore they are not able to be reserved online.  Lifespa Wellness Center must be notified at least 24 hours in advance if cancelling or rescheduling. All cancellations and no-shows (regardless of cause) received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, will be charged at half the value of the retreat selected. We appreciate your cooperation, as our appointment policies support our team and allow us to continually improve our spa and wellness offerings.
