Please read and agree to terms before reserving your session.
YOU: It is our number one goal to create a comforting and rejuvenating experience for you. If at ANY time, you are uncomfortable for ANY REASON, please tell us and we'll make adjustments for you. Come as you are, as there is no special way to dress for your Lifespa Wellness Center experience.
COVID-19: Face masks are optional at this time. Do not hesitate to request your therapist wear one, we are happy to! Please note that this policy may change at any time should Covid levels rise or if regulations change. We are happy to provide a mask should you need one. If you have tested positive come in contact with someone who has tested positive within 10 days of your appointment or if you start exhibiting symptoms with 48 hours of your appointment, we ask that you let us know.
APPOINTMENTS: Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. Arriving late may result in a shortened service.
CANCELLATIONS: We require 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. We understand that emergencies and illnesses occur; however, short-notice cancellations or no-shows will be charged a fee of half the value of your missed appointments which must be paid prior to rescheduling your next appointment.
PAYMENT: Payment is due at the time of service. We gladly accept credit, check, cash, Apple Pay, gift certificates, SpaFinder and Spa Week gift cards as methods of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift certificates and SpaFinder or SpaWeek gift cards must be present to be redeemed. Lifespa Wellness Center is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten gift certificates or gift cards.
