What should I do if I feel uncomfortable while in a service?
It is our number one goal to create a comfortable and therapeutic experience for you. If at ANY time, you are uncomfortable for ANY REASON, please tell us and we'll make adjustments for you.
Do I have to wear face masks?
Face masks are optional at this time. Do not hesitate to request your therapist wear one, we are happy to! Please note that this policy may change at any time should Covid levels rise or if regulations change. We are happy to provide a mask should you need one.
How should I dress?
Come as you are, as there is no special way to dress for your wellness experience.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. Arriving late may result in a shortened service.
What if I can't make my appointment?
We require 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. We understand that emergencies and illnesses occur; however, short-notice cancellations or no-shows will be charged a fee of half the value of your missed appointments which must be paid prior to rescheduling your next appointment.
Do you offer a place to shower after my service?
While we do have a shower available for services involving exfoliations, muds, clays and wraps, our shower is not available following other services.
Do you offer couples services?
We do not offer couples or group services. Our small team has many years of experience and a strong guest base making scheduling such sessions nearly impossible. Please let us know if we may help you find a neighboring spa that is perfect for you and your companion(s).
What type of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept credit, check, cash, gift certificates, SpaWeek and SpaFinder cards as methods of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.
