What should I do if I feel uncomfortable while in a service?
It is our number one goal to create a comfortable and therapeutic experience for you. If at ANY time, you are uncomfortable for ANY REASON, please tell us and we'll make adjustments for you. 

How should I dress?
Come as you are, as there is no special way to dress for your wellness experience.

When should I arrive for my appointment?
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. Arriving late may result in a shortened service. If you are new to us, are trying a new service, or haven't been in for a bit, please arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled session time to update a medical history intake form. We invite you to arrive early so that you may unwind with a cup of tea, coffee, or water prior to your appointment.

What if I can't make my appointment?
We require 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. We understand that emergencies and illnesses occur; however, short-notice cancellations or no-shows will be charged a fee of half the value of your missed appointments which must be paid prior to rescheduling your next appointment.

Do you offer a place to shower after my service?
While we do have a shower available for services involving exfoliations, muds, clays and wraps, our shower is not available following other services.

Do you offer couples services?
We do not offer couples or group services. Our small team has many years of experience and a strong guest base making scheduling such sessions nearly impossible. Please let us know if we may help you find a neighboring spa that is perfect for you and your companion(s).

What type of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept credit, check, cash, gift certificates, SpaWeek and SpaFinder cards as methods of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.

How do I schedule my appointments?
Please schedule your appointments via phone at 920-434-2204 or use our online scheduling service.

How do I purchase Gift Certificates?
Due to the uncertainty of these times, we are choosing to discontinue gift certificate sales.  There is a surplus of gift certificates that have yet to be redeemed, and not knowing how, when and in what capacity we will be able to fully re-open, it feels inappropriate to sell additional certificates at this time..  Please note that we also accept SpaWeek and SpaFinder cards as methods of payment which may be purchased  from their websites.
